- Be a visible and active member of the community
- Carry out its activities in a manner consistent with its Constitution and Charter
- Honor the requirements of the Human rights Code and will adhere to the laws of the United States of America.
- Use its resources to provide facilities and offer programs to establish awareness of Ukrainian history, cultural and traditional lore and to foster the skills required to preserve and proliferate various Ukrainian art forms.
- Make facilities available to provide overnight stay, recreation, sports and crafts for youth in a resort summer camp environment.
- Offer Ukrainian cultural activities and programs not just to the Ukrainian community but to all neighboring communities and US citizens.
- Address individual needs of its membership and the Ukrainian American community as a whole by providing assistance, translations and care.
